Loctite is optional.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFelling dog bolts need to be installed from the inside of the cover, facing out so that the nut is on the outside of the felling dog. After this, p\u003c\/span\u003eut the cover flat on a table and make sure that you pound the chain sliders down until it stops against the cover - as far as it will go. The clearance is tight to get maximum wear out of our chain sliders.
